A U.S. District Court judge in Boston has halted the Trump administration's stop work order for Vineyard Wind. In making the ruling, the judge cited potential economic losses from delays on the project that is around 95-percent completed.
In December, the administration ordered all work to stop at Vineyard Wind and four other East Coast wind farms, citing in part - a risk to national security.
With Tuesday's ruling, Vineyard Wind is the fourth of the five projects that can now move forward.
