The suspect charged with a Hyannis murder enters a not guilty plea during his arraignment in Barnstable District Court.
Alex Greene of Yarmouth man has been ordered held without bail in the death of a 41-year-old man who was shot in the head overnight Sunday.
Witnesses told police that a dark pickup truck left the North Street parking lot after the shooting and Greene was taken into custody a short time later.
Prosecutors are not commenting on a motive yet.
