A 34-year-old Marstons Mills man is being held without bail after undergoing a mental health evaluation related to a shots fired incident on Tuesday.
Kyle Stacey faces charges that include assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and resisting arrest and his case has been continues until next week.
According to a police statement, " The Vulcan 3 .30 caliber airgun has the capability to fire both .25 and .30 caliber lead projectiles up to a velocity of 1,000 Feet Per Second utilizing compressed air."
Barnstable Police say Stacey is accused of firing a high-powered air gun at tree workers on Tanbank Road.
