Truro Residents Head To Polls

Truro holds its town election today. Residents can vote between now and 8:00 p.m. at the Community Center on Standish Way.

Susan Girard-Irwin, Kevin Grunwald, Timothy Hickey and Nancy Medoff are running to fill two open seats on the Select Board.

Seats for the Cemetery Commission, Library Trustees, Planning Board and School Committee are also on the ballot.

There's one ballot question on a Charter amendment that would authorize the Town Manager to appoint the Library Director after consulting with the Board of Library Trustees.
