Theater Apologizes About Richard Dreyfuss Appearance

A Massachusetts theater is apologizing over the behavior of actor Richard Dreyfuss at a special screening of Jaws over the weekend.

Dreyfuss reportedly ranted about women in film, the MeToo movement and transgender kids, prompting some in the audience at the Cabot Theater to walk out.

After the event the Cabot issued a statement of regret over the actor's comments, saying his views do not reflect their beliefs.
