Community Health Center in Falmouth will receive 50-thousand-dollars for a Digital Navigator position to help patients with electronic tools that include telehealth options.
Elder Services of Cape Cod will receive 30-thousand-dollars for a Digital Navigator program to provide computer training for adults over the age of 60.
