Chatham Gets New Conservation Chief

Chatham has a new Conservation Agent. Paul Wightman served in an assistant capacity since 2015, and acting agent since last September.

Wightman's duties include collaboration with the state Department of Natural Resources and various departments to create best practices for land maintenance and management.

He also has worked to enhance Chatham's shorebird monitoring program.
