Man Shot By Police- Ordered Held

A Lakeville man who was shot by police during a confrontation on Friday has been ordered held without bail.

Timothy Hladik is facing two counts each of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime.

Hladik was arraigned from his hospital bed yesterday, will remain in custody at least until a dangerousness hearing on October 12th.

Hladik was shot early Friday morning after he allegedly pulled a gun on a Lakeville police officer on Prospect Street.
