The District Attorney for the Cape and Islands has now endorsed a probe into the plane loads of migrants that were sent from Florida and Texas to Martha's Vineyard.
D-A Robert Galibois says he believes immigrants were tricked and fooled into boarding planes that wound up on the Vineyard.
He concedes that a lot of the information falls outside of the boundaries of his office's ability to act, he is however calling on the Department of Justice to investigate.
The announcement came just as Republican Governor Ron Desantis was coming to The Cape for a political fund raiser.
