Swayman: "I Owe Them One More Save"

The Panthers pulled off one of the biggest upsets in NHL history.

Carter Verhaeghe scored the game-winning goal in overtime to lift Florida past the greatest regular season team of all time, as the Panthers eliminated the Boston Bruins with a 4-3 victory in Game Seven.

Bruins goaltender Jeremy Swayman says he was just trying to do his job. "I owe my teammates one more save," he said after the game.

The Panthers opened the scoring in the first period after Brandon Montour scored the first of his two goals in the game.

Sam Reinhart also found the back of the net for Florida.

Boston got goals from David Krejci, Tyler Bertuzzi and David Pastrnak, but was unable to advance to the second round after a record 65 wins and 135 points in the regular season.
