Town beaches in Bourne will apparently be swim-at-your-own-risk this summer.
The Enterprise reports Bourne Town Administrator Marlene McCollem recommended not hiring lifeguards to the Select Board on Tuesday.
McCollem said the town has not been able to secure enough qualified applicants.
