A male surfer was pulled from the water at Lecount Hollow Beach Wednesday morning.
Wellfleet police say National Seashore Rangers, a police officer and bystanders ran into the water and pulled the unresponsive man to shore.
First responders immediately administered CPR and the victim was transported to Cape Cod Hospital.
The victim’s identity and condition are unknown at this time.
