An affordable housing project is moving forward in Truro.
The Town Manager's office says a lawsuit appealing the grant of a comprehensive permit for the cloverleaf development has been resolved, clearing the way for funding and construction.
The 39-unit housing development, which officials say will fill a critical need, has been proposed for town-owned land near the intersection of Route 6 and Highland Road.
