Cape Cod National Seashore Shuts Down Visitor Centers

As Provincetown issues an indoor mask mandate to combat the Covid spike in town, the Cape Cod National Seashore is shutting down visitor centers in P-Town and Eastham.

Chief of Interpretation and Cultural Resources Management Sue Moynahan says federal guidelines are forcing the national seashore’s hand with a 25% indoor capacity limit.

She says that no other areas on the seashore will be hit with restrictions, including beaches and trails.

The Coronavirus outbreak in Provincetown has now climbed to over 550 cases.
