Governor Charlie Baker addressed a crowd at the Massachusetts Military Heroes’ Flag Garden Ceremony yesterday on Boston Common in observance of Memorial Day.
Baker says as an elected politician he understands that the only reason our democracy can function is through the courage and sacrifice of those who have served.
Baker and Lt. Governor Karen Polito also visited the Massachusetts State Veterans Cemetery in Agawam on Monday.
