Governor Baker Files Legislation To Extend Specific Covid Measures

Governor Charlie Baker has filed legislation to extend certain Covid emergency measures which are set to expire June 15th.

The Governor wants to extend executive orders providing for the suspension of some open meeting law requirements, continue expanded outdoor dining for restaurants and billing protections for Covid patients.

The continuation of the orders will require legislation.
