The Homeless Prevention Council, Nauset Rotary Club, Orleans Police Department, and Staples are all teaming up for the annual "Backpack To School" program. The programs provides some students in lower Cape towns with school supplies and gift cards. Organizers say the pandemic financial issues makes this even more important for this school year. Volunteers will be accepting donations from 11 until 2 this week at Staples.
