Mashpee Man Admits To RMV Threat

A 58 year old man from Mashpee - has admitted to sufficient facts and had his case continued for a year for threatening to blow up the Registry of Motor Vehicles in South Yarmouth. 

Prosecutors say Darren McKenzie became frustrated when he didn't have the proper paperwork when he was helping his dad renew his license. 

As part of the deal he has to stay away from The Registry. 

If he stays out of trouble for a year then the charge will be dropped.
