A Superior Court Judge has denied the injunction sought by Centerville residents to stop Barnstable from buying a Main Street property for a sewer project.
Residents say it is being proposed in a historical area and believe the town is paying too much for the property. The judge rejected both claims.
Residents say they will continue to fight.
