So massive was the tree destruction from the July Tornadoes that Eversource says it will take almost three more months to clear away all the dead and dying trees.
The company says 25 additional tree crews have gone to The Cape. Two thousand more destroyed trees have been identified.
Trees in Yarmouth, Dennis and Harwich will be the first to go.
Trees in Orleans, Mashpee and Chatham and Barnstable are also on the list.
