Cape Cod Child Development is now announcing the closure of all of its programs.
The non-profit organization previously said its preschool operations in Falmouth and Hyannis were ending.
Cape Cod Child Development also ran preschool programs elsewhere on the Cape, programs for school-age children and family daycare.
The state Department of Early Education and Care says it is disappointed to learn of CCCD's decision to close, and that it is working to help impacted children and families.
