YPD/Two Arrested On Drug Charges

Yarmouth Police Officers observed a suspicious motor vehicle at Thatcher Shore Park Beach around two o’clock Friday morning.
Inside they found two Cape men using illegal drugs. Both admitted they had “shot up”.
Arrested were 30 year old Nathan Norsworthy of Dennis and 24 year old Matthew Mello of Dennis Port.
YPD Officers also found pills, heroin/fentanyl, dozens of brand new hypodermic needles and other drug paraphernalia in the car, which was towed from the scene.
Both men were charged with possession of fentanyl and other drug violations.
They were arraigned in Barnstable District Court.
