More information on Sunday’s crash involving a Harwich ambulance and an SUV.
Following an investigation by Harwich Police, the driver of the SUV, Mark McClusky, 49, of Harwich, has been charged with OUI, 5th Offense, Operating Negligently to Endanger, and Failure to Yield at an Intersection.
McClusky was arraigned Monday in Orleans District Court.
The crash occurred around 10 p.m. Sunday on Route 28 at Cross Street. There were no injuries except to the vehicles involved.
