Nantucket is still feeling the effects of Thursday’s Nor’easter.
The Nantucket Police Department reports on its Facebook page that due to compromised infrastructure Easy Street, lower Broad Street and all of South Beach Street including Sea Street and Whalers Lane all remain closed.
Police advise seeking alternate routes and do not travel on these roadways as it is not safe to do so at this time. Please do not travel around safety barricades that are in place blocking these roadways.
