Harwich police say a driver involved in a serious, two-vehicle crash is now charged with OUI.
The Tuesday night accident at Pleasant Lake and Harwoods avenues sent the driver of a sedan to a Boston hospital by Medflight and a pickup driver to Cape Cod Hospital with minor injuries.
Police say their investigation led to the arrest of 26-year-old pickup driver Josephine Marsh of Brewster.
Marsh faces multiple charges including operating under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle to endanger, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and using an electronic device while operating a motor vehicle.
