A man was taken to Cape Cod Hospital after his vehicle crashed into a Brewster ditch on Wednesday.
The accident happened shortly after noon at Route 6A and Lower Road when the vehicle went off the road and ended up in the water.
The driver had to be rescued from the vehicle and was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Brewster Police say the crash investigation is ongoing.
