Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization Releases Transportation Docs

The Metropolitan Planning Organization has released documents regarding the future transportation needs of Cape Cod.

The MPO says the documents have been posted for a public review and comment period.

One document deals with the Transportation Improvement Program that will serve as a prioritized listing of proposed roadway, bridge, and transit projects for the next five federal fiscal years.

The other document is a draft of the Unified Planning Work Program describing all significant transportation planning activities for Cape Cod from October 2025 through September of 2026.

Information on public comment opportunities are posted at capecodcommission.org/mpo.
