The former girlfriend of a Mashpee man charged in the 2017 murder of his father took the stand this week.
Paige Malone testified against Eli Perry, who is accused of stabbing and bludgeoning his father, Raymond Perry to death at the victim's home in November of that year.
Perry's body was found in Plymouth the following month.
Malone told the court she helped dispose of the elder Perry's body, then assisted in painting and re-laying floors in the home.
Malone provided testimony under a cooperation agreement, which allowed her to avoid a first-degree murder charge.
