Cape Cod Man Pleads Guilty To Threatening Arizona Officials

A Cape Cod man is pleading guilty to sending a bomb threat to an election official.

The Department of Justice says James Clark of Falmouth sent an online message to the Arizona Secretary of State's Office in February warning them to resign, or a device would be detonated.

Clark pleaded guilty to one count of making a threatening interstate communication.

He is scheduled to be sentenced on October 26th, and could potentially be sentenced to five years in prison.
