An elderly man has died after suffering burn injuries on Cape Cod Monday.
First responders went to a property on Hooppole Road in Mashpee at around noon.
The Cape and Islands District Attorney's Office identified the victim as 86-year-old Roger Collin.
A preliminary investigation indicates there was open burning, and that the death was accidental.
