A special election was held for a Harwich Select Board seat on Tuesday.
The Cape Cod Chronicle reports former Select Board member Julie Kavanagh won the election over other candidates Jeffery Handler and Mark Kelleher.
They were competing to fill the seat of selectman Stephen Ford, who died in April.
Kavanagh previously served on the board from 2016 to 2019.
