The commercial lobsterman "swallowed" by a humpback whale Friday morning has been released from Cape Cod Hospital.
56-year-old Michael Packard, of Wellfleet, landed in the mouth of the whale and he tells WBZ-TV that the animal spit him back out after about 30-seconds.
Wildlife officials say it was most likely an accident while feeding.
