The Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce is taking part in a new program designed to improve and develop skills for the current and future workforce.
The Massachusetts Business Coalition on Skills was formed in answer to a skills gap between the needs of employers and the expertise of the workforce.
The organization is aiming to improve workforce education and training and includes organizations from around the state.
