Harwich Selectmen Meet Tonight To Decide On Outdoor Dining

Now that the Governor has set the guidelines in place for a Phase Two reopening, Harwich Selectmen will get right to it tonight dealing with local outdoor dining and alcohol permits for local eateries.

There are 15 licenses that they will consider. Most, but not all deal with eateries on Routes 28 and 39.

There is one on Sea Street as well.

Meanwhile, Harwich officials announcing over the weekend that there are a total of 121 cases of COVID-19 in their community with 23 deaths.

71 of the cases are residents and staff at the Wingate Assisted Living facility according to Health Director Megan Eldredge.
