It happened again. Someone defaced a monument in Plymouth. This time it was the 9-11 Memorial---the first monument in the country with all of the victims names inscribed.
Richard Quintal led the campaign to build the memorial in the first place.
He says that he is heartbroken by the destruction. Plymouth Firefighters say they will use union money to make the repairs themselves.
It was roughly a week ago that someone had damaged Plymouth Rock.
No arrests have been made in either case.
