T-Mobile is suing Barnstable over a half dozen cell phone antennas that it was installing in the South Congregational Church Steeple.
The Main Street Church signed a deal with the company but the Planning Board and Zoning Boards rejected the proposal.
Some residents are concerned about health concerns. Now a federal judge in Boston is expected to decide the case later this year.
