Could the Massachusetts Driving Laws be changing?
Some states are looking at measures that would lower the Blood Alcohol Level from .08 to .05. New York is considering such a measure.
In Massachusetts they have .08 as a Blood Alcohol Level. For drivers under 21 it is point .02. So far no lawmaker has come forward with a similar proposal.
