Gas Prices Up This Week in Massachusetts

Gasoline prices in Massachusetts are up again this week.

In its weekly survey, Triple-A Northeast found  the price of self-serve, regular unleaded averaging $2.56 per gallon, up three cents from last week’s average price. The Massachusetts price is two cents below the national average for regular unleaded.

Triple-A also found a range in the price for unleaded regular of 34 cents, from a low of $2.45 to a high of $2.79 cents.

Triple-A’s Mary Maguire says Massachusetts stands in contrast with much of the country which this week saw stable or declining prices.
