The Heritage Museums and Gardens in Sandwich will hold a special solar eclipse event today.
Heritage will supply visitors with a free pair of safe glasses to view the eclipse. If you would rather have a pinhole projector, that will also be supplied. There will be a presentation by astronomer Gil Newton and moon and sun-themed food.
Heritage President and CEO, Ellen Spear, says activities take place from 1 to 4 p.m. The eclipse will take place around 2:30 p.m.
