The Yarmouth Police department is seeking the public’s help in apprehending a man wanted for allegedly up-skirting women at a local clothing store.
On July 15, officer Marc Thibeault met with the owner of the store who reported several incidents of the crime on different unsuspecting females.
The unknown male suspect was caught on the in-store surveillance camera system which clearly shows he was videotaping unsuspecting females with his cellphone, under their skirts. One of the victims is a 9 year old girl.
Yarmouth Police say the suspect is possibly a Hispanic male, 5’7” tall with black “scraggly” hair and a mustache. He is missing a front tooth and spoke clear English.
