Vineyard Haven Pair Busted in Boston

Two Martha’s Vineyard residents have been arrested in Boston for alleged drug trafficking.

Peter Estrella, 39, and Adam Robinson, 35, both from Vineyard Haven, face charges of trafficking heroin, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, illegal possession of pills, and conspiracy to violate the state’s drug laws.

According to Boston Police, members of the Neighborhood Drug Control Unit observed the pair in a pickup truck in Mattapan. While under observation, another vehicle arrived and parked behind the truck. The passenger in the pickup got into the other vehicle and ten minutes later returned to the truck which drove off.

Police stopped the truck on Blue Hill Ave and a search turned up 30 grams of heroin, 14 grams of cocaine, plus Xanax and trazadone pills.

The individual in the other vehicle was also arrested and faces numerous drug possession charges.
