A jury has convicted 43-year-old Tishaun Miller of first-degree murder for a deadly stabbing in East Falmouth.
The verdict followed more than a week of testimony in Barnstable Superior Court and nearly six-hours of deliberation.
Miller was on trial for the 2022 drug-related killing of Douglas Rose.
Miller was also found guilty of conspiracy and breaking and entering.
