Oak Bluffs residents have voted in favor of new restrictions on moped rentals.
During this week's special town meeting, residents voted 68 to 6 to only rent mopeds to people with drivers licenses and ban passengers from riding on the back of the vehicles.
The bylaw amendment would also reduce the maximum number of moped rental licenses from five to three.
