Authorities are investigating a heated road rage incident in Hyannis.
Two young men driving an Audi sedan told authorities they were brake-checked by another vehicle Saturday night and chased the offenders to a parking lot at Kalmus Beach Saturday night.
Police say a confrontation between the people in the two cars started, with BB guns being fired at one car while a driver suffered a slashing wound when the people started fighting.
The suspects who brake-checked the other car ultimately fled the parking lot after the melee and had yet to be captured as of late Sunday.
