The Cape Cod Commission says the updated draft 2025 Regional Policy Plan is open for public comment through September 24th.
The update comes after a year of hearings, focus groups, and a resident survey that found housing, coastal erosion, traffic congestion, and water quality are the top concerns.
Officials say the plan keeps the regional vision but sharpens the growth policy to focus on Cape Cod's finite resources and the balance of environmental, economic and community resilience.
The draft and a public comment form are available on the Commission's website.
