An elderly driver pleads not guilty in a crash that killed a teenager and his uncle as they fixed a boat trailer along a Yarmouth roadway.
Eighty-one-year-old was arraigned at Barnstable District Court on Tuesday on two counts of Motor Vehicular Homicide by Negligent Operation.
Fourteen-year-old John Hughan died in the August 30th crash and 54-year-old Cornelius Bottomley died on September 13th.
Richmond remained at the scene of the crash and has cooperated with authorities.
His next court date is scheduled for January 3rd.
