The Warren Group is out with it's monthly housing report and it shows continued growth for both single family home sales and condos in most markets statewide.
Statewide the report shows the number of sales increased by more than 11 and a half percent. Statewide more than 34, 200 homes have been sold year to date.
The median price increased last month by nearly 7 percent to $615 thousand dollars.
Cassie Norton, the Associate Publisher of the report for The Warren Group says The Cape continues to show growth.
Barnstable County saw sales increase by 10 percent while the median price increased by six percent to 775 thousand dollars.
Dukes County saw an increase of 50 percent in sales but prices decreased there. The median price however is still about 1 point 5 million dollars.
In Barnstable County, Condo sales saw 10 percent growth as well with the median price now at about 550 thousand dollars.
