NWS Red Flag Warning Includes Cape Cod

Most of Massachusetts will again be under a Red Flag Warning today, due to the ongoing risk of wildfires.

While temperatures will be cooler, dry conditions remain and there could be wind gusts of 35-miles-per-hour, especially along the Cape.

The Red Flag Warning will be in place from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Meantime, Governor Healey is telling residents to use commonsense when outdoors.

While visiting brush fire sites in Middleton, the Governor is asking residents to conserve water, so that water can be used to fight the hundreds of brushfire that the state has been experiencing.
