A 63-year-old Eastham woman was killed in Thursday morning's head-on crash in Wellfleet.
Police and fire units were called to Route 6, near Lecount Hollow Road just before 7 a.m. and found that a box truck struck the victim's minivan.
The woman in the minivan was pronounced dead at the scene and the 60-year-old truck driver from Worcester was taken to Cape Cod Hospital.
The Massachusetts State Police have been called in to lead the investigation.
