A Barnstable County grand jury hands up two indictments against the 17-year-old Mashpee teen involved in a deadly crash on June 25th.
Jack Burns is charged with operating a motor vehicle recklessly resulting in a death, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon resulting in serious bodily injury.
Burns was behind the wheel of an SUV with several other teens when he crashed into a tree.
Seventeen-year-old passenger Nolan Barr was killed in the crash and five others were injured.
An arraignment date will be set in Falmouth Juvenile Court.
